A lovely cottage in beautiful countryside surroundings, perfectly positioned for exploring the rugged North Devon coast.

With original beams and stonework, this lovely cottage is just a ten-minute drive from the centre of Barnstaple, which has a vibrant array of leisure facilities and a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. If you want to spend some time on the beach, Westward Ho! is just a 15-minute drive away and Great Torrington, Croyde, Woolacombe, Lynmouth and Ilfracombe are all within easy reach. A range of countryside walks are available right from the doorstep and your private patio offers beautiful countryside views, perfect for sitting back with a drink and a book.

The accommodation offers three bedrooms for six guests with one double with en-suite bath and WC, one twin with en-suite shower only and one double. The main bathroom has a roll-top bath and WC and there is also a downstairs shower room with WC. The comfortable lounge has a TV/DVD and there is also a dining room. If you would prefer to stay in and cook than go out to eat, the well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside is an enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture and there is onsite parking available for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Comfortable well equipped cottage and the owners were very pleasant and helpful. Ideal property for a family but single track lane past the property was extremely busy and would not suit everyone!

Quiet location with access to North Devon. Warm place and friendly owners but expensive for what it is - but it was August BH weekend !
