This stunning penthouse apartment with beautiful estuary and sea views is in a convenient spot close to the village of Northam and just a mile to the seaside town of Westward Ho!

Close to the South West Coast Path, the village of Northam with its shops and pub makes this a great base to explore the North Devon coast. Walk or cycle along the Tarka Trail or take the public footpath along the riverbank into the Little White town of Bideford to the south, or the village of Appledore to the north.
