The owners were welcoming and helpful. A spacious warm and comfortable house in a beautiful area. If you do not mind driving down narrow lane there is access to the beautiful coast nearby. It is in a good location for exploring North Devon.

Stunning setting, very spacious, very friendly, very good green spaces around (garden, private playground, pond), easy access to sublime Heddon's Mouth, to the attractive Woody Bay station and railway, to the big cliffs and high moor. There's a grand piano in the living room - fantastic! We played it a lot and sang round it.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped, with friendly owners next door and on hand for help and advice. The large garden and play area were perfect for our (nearly) 3 year old. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, peaceful house. Lovely location. Owners were very friendly and helpful. The sheep and alpacas were very friendly as well. The area is great for walking, sea and coarse fishing and rock-pooling. The roads are interesting but can be very steep and narrow.
