Located on the outskirts of the pretty village of Littleham, this property is within easy reach of the local pub. A short drive will bring you to the “Little White Town” of Bideford, which boasts a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants to explore during your stay. The North Devon coastline is just three miles from the property and offers something for everyone. While walkers should take to the South West Coast Path above, surfers, sunbathers and sandcastle makers will be spoilt for choice on the sandy beaches below. The pretty fishing villages of Instow and Appledore are both close by, while other popular attractions such as the Tarka Trail, Tapeley Park, Hartland Abbey and RHS Rosemoor all lie within easy reach.

All on one level, the open-plan accommodation is deceptively spacious and full of natural light. At one end, the large kitchen/diner includes an electric oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, and a door opening out to the terrace. Dine at the farmhouse-style table before continuing through to the lounge area, which features wooden flooring and an exposed stone fireplace with wood burner for cosy evenings in. Here you will also find a TV, DVD and French doors to the terrace, offering an al fresco feel for those warm summer days. The master king-size bedroom features a striking exposed stone wall, TV and en-suite shower room with WC, while the twin bedroom (which can be made into a super-king-size bed) benefits from a Jack and Jill style bathroom with separate shower and WC.

Step outside from the kitchen or lounge area to enjoy a bite to eat on the decked terrace. Soak up the sun on the comfortable rattan furniture while overlooking the private enclosed lawn and stunning countryside beyond. Secure covered bicycle storage and ample off-road parking are available.

Lovely cosy cottage which was beautifully clean. Very friendly and helpful owners. Great location for lots of North Devon attractions as although very rural it's not too far off the beaten track. Really hope we can stay there again! Highly reccommend!

Brilliant cottage, very clean, comfortable beds and sofas, all of which make the stay more enjoyable. The garden is private with beautiful views. Good location for entertaining kids. Bude beach was a good day out so was the Milky Way. South Molton not too far either. I would recommend this cottage you won't be disappointed.

This is by far the best holiday let we have had, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Little touches such as milk and butter in the fridge and bread really appreciated. Well located for visiting so many places, we particularly enjoyed the beaches at Instow and Bude, and the cliff railway from Lynton to Lynmouth. The cottage is fitted out nicely with everything to make it a home from home. We had not expected some of the additional items such as a Welcome Pack. A nice touch. Property very clean, comfortable and in a nice location. Would certainly stay here again if visiting North Devn and would happily recommend it.
