Nestling within a small courtyard of three private properties this barn conversion, furnished to a high standard, with magnificent views over open fields, is situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Littleham.

Located in a lovely setting surrounded by acres of fields yet only a short drive from the "The Little White Town" of Bideford. The spectacular rugged North Devon coastline is within 3 miles, with cliff-top walks along the South West Coast Path and the vast sandy beaches of Westward Ho! and Saunton Sands. Picturesque Appledore and Instow are close by, and the nearby village of Buckland Brewer has a traditional butcher and pub. Atlantic Village shopping centre is also within a couple of miles. Local attractions include RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal, the Tarka Trail, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, Hartland Abbey, Clovelly fishing village and day trips to Lundy Island.

The deceptively spacious accommodation, on one level, offers TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious king-size with Freeview TV and en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin zip-and-link (can be super king-size on request). Bathroom: Jack & Jill style, bath with hand-held shower, separate shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), 40” Freeview TV, DVD and French doors to the decked area. Kitchen/diner: large open-plan area with electric cooker with hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Outside: private enclosed large rear garden, accessed via steps or slope down from the decked area, with lovely countryside views. Secure covered cycle storage. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach 4 miles, shop 2 miles, pub within 1 mile. Arrival: 3:30pm.

Lovely cosy cottage which was beautifully clean. Very friendly and helpful owners. Great location for lots of North Devon attractions as although very rural it's not too far off the beaten track. Really hope we can stay there again! Highly reccommend!

Brilliant cottage, very clean, comfortable beds and sofas, all of which make the stay more enjoyable. The garden is private with beautiful views. Good location for entertaining kids. Bude beach was a good day out so was the Milky Way. South Molton not too far either. I would recommend this cottage you won't be disappointed.

This is by far the best holiday let we have had, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Little touches such as milk and butter in the fridge and bread really appreciated. Well located for visiting so many places, we particularly enjoyed the beaches at Instow and Bude, and the cliff railway from Lynton to Lynmouth. The cottage is fitted out nicely with everything to make it a home from home. We had not expected some of the additional items such as a Welcome Pack. A nice touch. Property very clean, comfortable and in a nice location. Would certainly stay here again if visiting North Devn and would happily recommend it.

Overall we were very impressed with the well equipped, clean and spacious accommodation. A good base for the area. The view from the decking and garden was lovely. The weather wasn't in our favour so unfortunately we couldn't make the most of that aspect. Highly recommended.
