This contemporary and modern apartment, with uninterrupted sea views out to the South Wales coast on the horizon, is a stunning base for any Devon holiday.

Ilfracombe is wonderful place for a holiday, whether with friends or family, with its charming harbour, good restaurants and interesting places to in the small independent enclave. Just ten minutes by car from this lovely seaside town and you’ll find yourself at the sandy and surfing beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands. To the north is Exmoor National Park, a vast expanse of beautiful moorland which meets the coast, where there are plentiful walks and hidden places to find. The South West Coast path is also easily accessible from Capstone Oceanside 8, and guests can choose to walk either north or south along the coast from right outside the front door. Other attractions include a wide range of National trust properties and gardens, the pretty cliff side village of Clovelly, Lynton and Lynmouth.

This lovely apartment, which is approached via a few external steps and a lift has two bedrooms for four guests. There is one double with en-suite shower rooms and WC and one twin with ocean views. The family bathroom has a shower over bath, heated towel rail and WC and the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has TV/DVD, a game console with games, stereo with iPod docking station and a floor to ceiling bay window and door which leads on to the private balcony. If you choose to stay in and cook rather than head to the nearest pub, the well-equipped kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

There is a private balcony with seating and unrivalled views of the sea - please supervise small children here at all times. Parking is available roadside or in carpark close by. One parking permit provided with a full week booking between 15th March - 31st October (please ensure this is arranged directly with the caretaker 7 days prior to arrival)

The apartment location is superb, just 100m from the harbour and the view from the living area is wonderful, overlooking the sea. it is a little small for 4 adults, but would be great for a family of 3. The apartment is clean, but looking tired and could do with a spruce up. the kitchen is well equipped and we cooked comfortably for 4. BREATH TAKING VIEW FROM DINING KITCHEN AREA. Equally scenic view of Ilfracombe from the front bedroom. I would definitely recommend a stay.

We had a lovely week. In a gorgeous apartment with everything we needed and more. Splendid views from the balcony. Didn't need to use the car all week. Everything close to us.

The apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped. The view was really stunning. The position in Ilfracoombe was great near the harbour, restaurants and shops. The parking permit is a real asset and the nearest is only a short walk. We had a really enjoyable holiday.

A reasonable apartment the master bedroom and ensuite shower were cramped for space no room on one side to get in the bed. Seagulls and bells very noisy. Towels provided could have been bigger.

A lovely contemporary 2nd floor flat in a stunning position enjoying an almost 180 view of the sea. Its location, just a two minute walk from shops and restaurants makes this ideal for people who want everything on their doorstep.
