WELL EQUIPPED APARTMENT ENJOYING BREATHTAKING SEA VIEWS, WALKING DISTANCE TO HARBOUR SIDE RESTAURANTS

This contemporary modern apartment is arguably situated in the best location in Ilfracombe, being set right on the water's edge and enjoying panoramic sea views.

Ilfracombe makes a perfect holiday base with its charming harbour, flower-strewn shopping streets, lazy pavement cafes and a wide selection of places to eat, as well as the new harbour side restaurant that is owned by the artist Damien Hirst. Just 10 minutes by car are the golden sands of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands.

The accommodation, which is approached via a few external steps and a lift, offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room with heated towel rail and WC and 1 twin with sea views. Bathroom: with shower over bath, heated towel rail and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan, with SkyTV, DVD, Freeview and Xbox 360 elite with games, stereo with iPod docking station, a floor to ceiling bay window and door leading to the balcony with seating and fantastic uninterrupted sea views (care with small children must be taken). The well-equipped kitchen area comprises a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Amenities: Parking is a few minutes walk and a car parking pass is included for 1 car with a full week booking between 15th March - 31st October (please ensure this is arranged directly with the caretaker 7 days before arrival), restricted roadside parking is also available. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Additional info: Wi-Fi and Family Sky package included. Location: beach, shops, pubs and restaurants all walking distance. Arrival: 3:00pm.

The apartment location is superb, just 100m from the harbour and the view from the living area is wonderful, overlooking the sea. it is a little small for 4 adults, but would be great for a family of 3. The apartment is clean, but looking tired and could do with a spruce up. the kitchen is well equipped and we cooked comfortably for 4. BREATH TAKING VIEW FROM DINING KITCHEN AREA. Equally scenic view of Ilfracombe from the front bedroom. I would definitely recommend a stay.

We had a lovely week. In a gorgeous apartment with everything we needed and more. Splendid views from the balcony. Didn't need to use the car all week. Everything close to us.

The apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped. The view was really stunning. The position in Ilfracoombe was great near the harbour, restaurants and shops. The parking permit is a real asset and the nearest is only a short walk. We had a really enjoyable holiday.

A reasonable apartment the master bedroom and ensuite shower were cramped for space no room on one side to get in the bed. Seagulls and bells very noisy. Towels provided could have been bigger.

A lovely contemporary 2nd floor flat in a stunning position enjoying an almost 180 view of the sea. Its location, just a two minute walk from shops and restaurants makes this ideal for people who want everything on their doorstep. Fabulous location and amazing sea views. Very well equipped apartment and good WiFi although we had to phone for code. Car park permit very useful. Short walk into town down steep hill so anyone with mobility issues needs to be aware. Lots of good bars and eating places . Would certainly rebook .

Fantastic holiday, fantastic property, noisy church and seagulls but after the first night became part of the charm, Love Ilfracombe anyway so being in the heart just added to the enjoyment. Can't wait to return
