A second floor apartment, in a grade II listed building, situated in one of Appledore's narrow streets.

With an abundance of unspoilt charm, it provides an ideal holiday base in this popular village at any time of year. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and offers a contemporary living space and is only a short stroll to the Quayside and a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries. Westward Ho!, with its two miles of sandy beach is only a 5 minute drive offering a sandy surf beach. You will also be ideally positioned for visiting some of North Devon's most picturesque locations including Clovelly, with its steeped cobbled streets, Instow with its sandy beach and wealth of pubs and restaurants, and the ancient pannier market town of Bideford, home of the Oldenburg boat on which you can visit Lundy Island.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with flat-screen TV. Shower room: with power shower and WC. Lounge/diner: spacious with sofa bed, TV, DVD, board games and books. There is also a dining table and seating where you can enjoy the views over the river. Kitchen: modern and well-equipped with breakfast bar, electric cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. A beautiful flat in a beautiful property. It's in a central location, and very close to shops, cafes and the quay, but it's also quiet when you're inside. The flat is compact, but very well equipped, and the main living area is light and airy with views across gardens to the estuary in the distance. We had a wonderful stay here.

Appledore is an ideal location for visiting all the sights of North Devon, whatever your preference, whatever the weather. The flat is ideally placed close to the Quay, shops and places to eat. We had some great meals in the Seagate and the Beaver, and delicious fish & chips from the Royal Plaice, just down the road from the flat. The cottage is situated down lovely little quaint street and fish and chips at bottom of road opposite pub well worth a visit, was our first time to Devon and we have fell in love with it, the accommodation has some lovely views and the warm welcome we received when we arrived and throughout our stay was second to none.

Perfect holiday getaway, in this cosy appartment with wonderful views across the river and Appeldore bay. Very close to the quay, lovely village shops for a sunny, river view coffee or cream tea!
