Entering this remarkable coastal retreat into the porch area, which is a perfect place for leaving your coats and boots behind. To the left is the light and airy lounge area, which boasts dazzling views of the sea through the french doors which lead out onto the balcony area. It has been stylishly furnished offering the perfect space to relax after a long day at the beach and includes a wood burner, TV and Blu-ray and stereo player which allows you to plug in your iPod. Following on through the property you enter the kitchen/diner, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob and dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen is a small utility area offering a fridge with ice compartment, microwave and washing machine. From the kitchen area you can access the enclosed rear garden via a set of concrete steps. Heading up the stairs, you will find three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single. You will also find the bathroom with hand-held shower over the bath and WC, on this floor.

The balcony area is a truly great spot for enjoying your morning coffee whilst watching as the boats come to and from, as well as offering spectacular views out to sea and towards Ilfracombe itself. Venturing outside to the beautiful tiered rear garden, which can be accessed via the kitchen or shared access. The first tier offers a small lawn area great for your four-legged friend. You will also find a very handy wet room with shower and WC, great for those days when you come straight off the beach. The second tier offers garden furniture and beautiful sea views whilst you dine al fresco. There are two off-road parking spaces which are located approximately 50 feet from the property. Please note neighbouring properties have right of way to access their own gardens if required, via a footpath at the back of the garden.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Superb location with a stunning view over the sea!

Ideal location for us with a dog. Plenty of walks easily accessible. Property was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. All towns within easy reach both driving and walking.

The photographs don't do Coastuard Cottages justice, waking up to the view from the balcony every day was worth the fee alone. It contained everything we needed, particularly in the kitchen. Situated in the middle of nowhere while still being a short drive from the closest shops it provided us with the perfect getaway. The bottle of wine in the friRead moredge upon our arrival was the icing on the cake. Hide
