This detached property is situated directly on the Northam Burrows which is a stone's throw from the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! as well as being a stroll to the many amenities on offer which include a championship golf course, tennis, riding, pubs, shops and restaurants.

Venture further afield and explore the many attractions North Devon is famous for which include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park, Bideford with its pannier and open-air markets, The Oldenburg for trips to Lundy Island to name but a few. The North Devon coastline is famed for its beauty and ruggedness and there are some fantastic National Trust clifftop walks from Westward Ho! carrying on down to Cornwall. In the evenings relax on the patio, watch the breathtaking sunsets, enjoy a game of football or fly a kite from the adjacent Burrows.

The spacious accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 2 doubles with sea views (1 having an extra single bed), 1 double with views of Northam Burrows, 1 bunk bedroom and 1 twin downstairs. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with WC, 1 with a shower over the bath and 1 with a separate shower cubicle. A further WC downstairs. Lounge/kitchen: with seating for 6, freesat TV and DVD. Second smaller lounge for 4 with freesat TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, tumble dryer and many useful extras. Games room/sunroom: with table football. Outside: enclosed patio. Amenities: parking for several cars on driveway. Bed linen, Wi-Fi, electric and central heating included.1 small dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking . Location: beach, shops and pubs all walking distance.

Codaro is in an excellent, very quiet location just a 5min walk to beach & Westward Ho. The house is superb, spacious & very well equipped, couldn't fault a thing, would go back again.

Lovely place to stay, cottage is two made into one so you get two sets of stairs etc. Only a few mins walk to beach. We were a family of children, parents and grandparents and all enjoyed our stay,the two elder children really enjoyed sleeping downstairs with their own sitting room as well. Excellent cottage for friends or family's. 5min walk to the beach and town. Plenty of bars in the town with tesco express, 5mins walk. Cottage itself is great. 2 of everything; kitchen, living room, bathroom.

This property is ideally situated adjacent to grazing land. Both the sea front / pebble ridge, local food shops/ newsagents and a variety of restaurants are near.

Lovely cottage with loads of room in all the bedrooms. Fabulous views from the property over the grasslands to the sea. Very quiet peaceful spot but only a short (15 min) walk to all the shops, pubs and restaurants in Westward Ho! Great cottage and we would certainly book this property again

This is a large house made up from two cottages which have been joined together. This means that there are two kitchens etc. One of the bedrooms is the link upstairs between the two cottages. The main kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery and cooking equipment for 10. The location is great, close to the beach with easy aRead moreccess. The property is ideal for families, it is clean comfortable and in a great location with great views. The house is well equipped, and is ideal for those who want to self cater. There were some nice touches left by the owner such as Christmas decorations and chocolate coins for the kids. Thank you for a great stay Thanks
