These beautiful cottages have been sensitively converted to provide sumptuous holiday accommodation. Using a combination of traditional and contemporary materials, they are finished and decorated to a luxurious standard of comfort and style.

A perfect location to explore all that North Devon has to offer whatever the time of year. The gorgeous sandy beaches of Putsborough, Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe are all within easy reach, all providing excellent surfing. The South West Coast Path, offering some of the finest walks in the country and spectacular views is also close by. In addition North Devon has a host of activities on offer to compliment the wonderful scenery, enjoy a walk over Exmoor National Park or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and shops, explore The National Trust property of Arlington Court and the pretty fishing village of Clovelly.

Outside: private courtyard garden with seating and BBQ. Guests will be welcome to pick fresh herbs from vegetable garden and enjoy the surrounding meadow with its small stream running through it, care to be taken with children. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 3 miles, shops 2.5 miles and pubs 1.5 miles. Arrival: 4pm.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 super-king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC and 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the ground floor, 1 super-king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC with access to the courtyard. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner (logs included), TV, DVD and iPod dock. Kitchen area, with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room: with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
