The spacious and airy lounge/diner has a wood burner (logs £5 a basket) with ample comfortable seating around it, plus a dining table and chairs; a TV, DVD, and hi-fi provide entertainment. The kitchen is decorated in a country style and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, integrated fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a shower over bath and WC. Upstairs is one galleried double bedroom which overlooks the lounge/diner. Please note that due to the rural location of the cottage, the Wi-Fi signal in the property may be weak.

Outside, guests will find private patio with seating and BBQ. There is a fenced shared children’s play area, as well as a shared lawn area with football goal posts. Ample parking is available.

The cottage is in a beautiful location and a bit of the beaten track so make sure you have a sturdy vehicle! The cottage is lovely and clean and the perfect size for me, my partner and our 6 month old baby who enjoyed seeing all the new sites. A 25 minute drive to Bude which was lovely and close to other small towns.

The road to the farm is very much a track more than a road. Tarmacked but only just in places. Would not want to drive these roads in winter. Very peaceful but never met the owners. Phone signal not good indoors.

After a very stressful time we came to the most delightful cottage we could not fault it , the owner Johnny was such a lovely guy too . Cant wait to return Leigh and Jules
