This delightful reverse-level terraced house is in an ideal location close to a selection of beaches and amenities, a great base for families and couples looking for a relaxing coastal escape.

The whole of North Devon is yours to explore, there are attractions to suit all tastes including RHS Rosemoor Gardens, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Clovelly and The Oldenburg for pleasure trips to Lundy Island. Across the water is Instow with its sandy beach, dunes and access to the famous Tarka Trail. The golden, sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a short drive away and is perfect for surfing, body boarding or exploring the rock pools at low tide. For those who just want to relax, why not stay closer to home and explore the quaint, cobbled streets of Appledore or just sit on the quayside and enjoy a locally made ice cream.

On entering the property, you have both the bedrooms on the ground floor, one small double (please note that there is limited space around the bed) and 1 twin. There is also a shower room on this floor with shower and WC, and also houses the washing machine. Head up the steep cottage-style stairs with a low beam at the top, to the first floor and into the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax on the sofas in front of the wood burner effect gas fire and watch your favourite channel on the TV or a movie on the DVD. The dining area has views across the rooftops to the river and makes this an easy room to relax in and the kitchen area has everything you need for your home away from cooking, with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and also houses the tumble dryer. A further bathroom is also on this floor with shower over bath and WC.

Stepping outside is a small rear courtyard with storage shed and charcoal BBQ, this leads to a terrace approached via steep steps, with garden furniture and enjoys estuary views. There is roadside parking (subject to availability) or parking in the museum car park where charges apply. Arrival 4pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
