For the walkers there is easy access to the South West Coast Path where you can enjoy the views of the rugged coastline. There is the seaside town of Bude with beach, independent shops and restaurants for a good day out which is one of the closer towns to the property with the nearby beaches of Welcombe Mouth, Northcott, Duckpool and Sandymouth. You could also head to The Big Sheep or The Milky Way for a fun day out. And if you’re feeling a little adventurous there is plenty of water sports on offer in the area, or take a boat trip to Lundy Island.

Stepping outside there is a private patio area, and shared gardens and hot tub for you to explore, you may also get to see some of the local wildlife including, deer, foxes and birds.  Accessed via the courtyard you also have access to a shared utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, here you will also find a selection of board games, puzzles and books for your use. You can even say hello to the chickens and guinea pigs. There is a small children's play area within the shared gardens. There is off-road parking available.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
