Children can help collect eggs and say hi to the cattle, ponies, lambs, pigs and chickens that are all kept on site. The nearby village of Chulmleigh is a delight with its shops, pubs, riding stables and golf course. Further afield are the superb beaches of Saunton and Woolacombe or enjoy the splendour of Dartmoor and Exmoor. For outdoor enthusiasts there are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities, why not hire bikes or take a trip on the pretty Tarka Train Line providing easy access to both Barnstaple and Exeter. Other attractions include The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and the Cobbaton Combat Museum.

On entering this property, you notice immediately the spaciousness, to add to the sense of space are the high ceilings.
