It is a beautiful cottage, well equipped and thoughtfully done. It is very "out-of-the-way" as you would expect on a farm so be prepared. We didn't mind this as it was a lovely setting and very peaceful. The only other thing was the bed is extremely firm. Overall we had a lovely relaxing time.

Its so peaceful that quite a few days we didnt bother to go anywhere we just chilled in the sun at the front of the barn. The property was so well equipped left use wanting for nothing. There was even milk and fresh eggs in the fridge waiting for us.There are 3 very friendly farm dogs wRead moreho will be eager to say hello and 12 acres of wood land with grassy paths to explore. Wonderful location, away from it all in beautiful surroundings. A warm welcome from the owners, super to have flowers, milk, eggs and dog biscuits upon arrival! We would highly recommend this property.

Don't want to make this review to nice as it would mean it would make it to popular as we want to go back and it might be booked! But this cottage is absolutely lovely. The attention to detail is spot on. The whole cottage has a loved feeling about it with quality furnishings and every gadget and utensil you could want. Even down to creaky floorboaRead morerds upstairs, that added to the character. Great shower and log burning fire. Olly the owner is really friendly and nothing seems to much trouble. Hide

Had a wonderful few days at fox barn. The owner and his animals very welcoming. Lovely woods to walk the dogs around. The barn itself is cosy with its wood burner and had everything we need. Would definitely recommend

Lovely cottage and so well equipped . Ideal for dogs with a very nice walking area through the woodland. I think along with other reviewers I would only point out the remoteness, which didn't both us too much, until one of the roads were closed for repairs. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.
