It's a lovely location, of the beaten track. Great 7 acres of young woodland to walk dogs or explore with children. The barn was clean, had lots of items you don't normally find in holiday cottages, the TV reception was good, mobile reception good., and we looked it. May not appeal to very young families, perhaps more suited to couples with dogs.

Lovely comfortable cottage, the king sized bed was great as the quality of mattresses often lets a cottage down. Access to plenty of DVD's, spare wellies etc was welcomed.
