This spacious wing of the owners' newly converted farmhouse overlooks the former farmyard yet privacy is assured. Ideally placed for touring the area with numerous local attractions nearby.

There is lots to see and do in the area including the picturesque Hartland Quay and the beautiful South West Coast Path with spectacular walks and stunning scenery, including dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, secluded coves and beaches. In addition, and just a short drive away, Westward Ho! offers two miles of golden sandy beach and ever popular Bude boasts a choice of beaches, numerous amenities and a picturesque canal. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Clovelly, the unique cliffside fishing village with cobbled streets and pretty harbour and RHS Rosemoor.

Guests approach the property from the pretty arched gateway and are greeted by a mosaic tiled entrance hall. Stepping into the comfortable lounge with TV/DVD and feature fireplace with wood burner, making this a comfortable room to relax after a days exploring. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped and offers everything you require should you decide to stay in and cook, there is an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and ample room to sit around the table, the door from the kitchen area leads out to a small enclosed courtyard. Leading up from the cottage style stair case you reach the large king-size bedroom with TV and country views. The large en-suite bathroom offers freestanding bath, double shower and WC.

Heading outside from the front door is a gated lawn with enclosed patio area with garden furniture. At the rear of the property is a small enclosed courtyard with BBQ which enjoys the evening sun. There is allocated off-road parking for one car.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Wonderful location and very peaceful and relaxing cottage to stay in with very spacious accommodation. Fantastic bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. Christmas Cake and Prosecco a nice touch. Neil was very friendly when we met him and we would happily return to this cottage again. A delightful location with easy access to main roads to enable you to tour the area. The accommodation is spacious and very well equipped. There is a field nearby owned by the cottage that you can exercise your dog(s) in if you need to. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage perfect for our first holiday with our German Shepherd. Cottage was very well equipped and larger than it appears in the pictures. Great location, perfect for exploring north Devon with great dog friendly beaches. we will be back!

What a wonderful week we had staying at the beautiful Honeysuckle Hideaway. The cottage is just perfect to relax in and use as a luxurious base to explore the wonderful nearby coastline. Peaceful, with stunning views from the bedroom and lounge windows, with the church next door, we didn't want to leave! Karma (our Shih Tzu) loved it too with the gRead morearden at the front of the property all to herself. Love this cottage and will be back next year. Hide

What a fabulous cottage. Everything you need in a peaceful secluded location. We took our bichon friche and all had a grew time finding the small villages nearby for pub lunch or vistitng the seasides just a few miles away. Owners are lovely Will definitely go back.

We stayed here for a 'mini-moon' to celebrate our marriage in March 2018. The property was easy to find and near to a very large supermarket. We were greeted on arrival by the owner and found a bottle of bubbly in the fridge. The cottage is lovely; very cosy with the wood burner in the living room and comfortable sofa. Everything's very modern and Read morethe bathroom and bedroom are massive. Very nice stay here, great base for exploring the area. Dog also loved it especially the enclosed garden. Hide

Only downside was that it was freezing when we arrived on the Friday hight and were then told we couldn't control the Thermostat from the cottage, very odd. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted. A lot more room than it looks on the pictures. Owners were lovely and never let us run out of logs. Bottle of processco on arrival was a lovely touch. Local pub about a half hour walk up the road is brilliant. Lovely food and everyone is friendly.
