The cottage is in a good location with lovely sea views out of most of the windows. It is well equipped for a comfortable stay although the double bed is a little uncomfortable and the second bedroom needs a makeover.

The cottage is placed well to access the local beaches and towns of Bideford, Appledore, and Westward Ho. Northam burrows is a great place to walk the dog, and can be walked from the cottage, approximately 1 mile. The cottage is classed as having an enclosed garden, this effectively is a terrace and should be described as such. I could not let my dRead moreog loose in this area as the drop to the road is about 12 feet. she is a tall dog, and there is a sign warning children should be supervised. Hide

Lovely comfortable cottage, felt very homely and had everything we needed and more. Great storage space for clothes. Really good location for the beach and Westward Ho! Had lovely walks there most days. Would definitely recommend and would return. Great for dogs too.

Great peaceful location, cottage was spotless on arrival and we settled in straight away. Loads to do. Parking was limited but we never had a problem.

Wonderful cottage with stunning views to the sea. The cottage is extremely good value for money with added extras that you would not normally find in a property of this size e.g. dishwasher and tumble dryer - to name just two. Outside space is limited but who needs that when you have the beach and other walks within easy reach. Shops are local. TheRead more cottage is exceptionally clean with a very warm welcome on arrival. Hide
