These superb conversions are situated on the owners' former dairy farm and have been renovated with great care and style.

Set a short distance from the many beaches along the North Devon and North Cornwall coast, it is ideal for couples wishing to explore this beautiful part of the West Country. Much to see and do in the area: family theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor, cycling on the Tarka Trail, or walking along the coastal footpaths and enjoying spectacular views over Bideford Bay. Clovelly should be on any visitors list to visit, a unique cliff-side fishing village which is privately owned and has remained unchanged for many years. The larger towns of Bude and Bideford offer a wider range of shops, restaurants and amenities. Bude also has a splash pool and ten pin bowling centre, tennis courts and pretty canal.

Outside: shared lawn area perfect for games. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric, central heating and stairgates included. Wi-Fi available. Towels available for hire. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 2 miles (Bucks Mills), sandy beach 6 miles (Westward Ho!), shop and village social club 1 mile, pub 3 miles.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: accessed via an open-tread spiral staircase, king-size four-poster bed with TV, en-suite with spa bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV/DVD and underfloor heating. French doors lead out to the front patio. Kitchen: has exposed stone work, dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, many useful extras and underfloor heating and assess to the rear patio. Outside: patio areas at the front and rear of the property,with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: regret no smoking or pets. Leisure facilities: accessed via the patio, the private hot tub and shower  are housed in a building attached to the property.

The dream cottage was amazing! My boyfriend and I spent a weekend away in Devon and really enjoyed our stay. Angie and Derek the cottage owners are lovely and even greeted us with cream tea. We will definitely be returning, it is the ideal place for a romantic getaway.

The cottage owners are just lovely - so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Cottage is simply charming and cosy, view from garden superb. A great place to be and the cream tea went down a treat!

This cottage is absolutely brilliant. In a beautiful location with plenty to see and do. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful so no need to worry in this regard. Really enjoyed being able to go out for the day and return to your own jacuzzi to spend the evening in. Also the activity barn was a nice addition. Very clean and tidy. The cottage is in a beautiful location and very peaceful, views outside are fantastic and we felt very relaxed. From the hot tub to the gorgeous four poster bed we felt it all made up the perfect package for a lovely stay. If the weather had been a bit warmer we would have spent more time on the patio as it was beautiful. There were even board gameRead mores to keep us entertained. Hide
