19th century cottage situated in the small village of Clovelly, just a mile from the picture-postcard village of Clovelly which offers visitor’s a taste of Devonshire life in times gone by.

The privately-owned village of Clovelly is just one mile away, and has been beautifully maintained to offer visitor’s a wonderful look at traditional Devonshire life, with its fishermen’s cottages, donkeys working the traffic-free streets, craft workshops, a museum, and a fishing quay. The stunning two-mile wide sandy beach at Westward Ho! is just ten miles away, while The Milky Way Adventure Park, a fun family theme park, is only one mile from the property.

This property offers comfortable accommodation for six guests, who will first come to the relaxing lounge, with its two sofas, bright art work, TV/DVD. This room leads through to the dining room, where the dining table seating six is situated next to the warming wood burner. Beyond the dining room, there is a light-filled kitchen/breakfast room which has sliding doors leading out to the garden, attractive exposed beams, a breakfast bar, and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The tumble dryer, if needed, is kept in a separate outhouse. There is also a convenient cloakroom with WC situated on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms, the third being a bunk bedroom. The bathroom offers the best of both worlds, with its corner bath, separate shower, and WC, making it perfect whether guests feel like a quick refreshing shower, or a long relaxing bath.

Outside, there is an enclosed lawn garden, which also benefits from a decked seating area with a BBQ and garden furniture. Off-road parking is provided for one car.
