This chic and contemporary apartment is an excellent choice for a romantic break by the sea.

Located in the seaside village of Westward Ho! this property is a stone’s throw from two miles of golden sandy beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing and sandcastle making. The village also boasts the Royal North Devon Golf Club as well as other sporting facilities such as tennis courts and riding stables, together with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants. The surrounding area has much to offer, including coastal and countryside walks, the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly and heritage sites such as Tapeley Park and RHS Rosemoor Gardens.

Inside, the accommodation is open plan to make the most of the spectacular views and features wooden flooring and fresh decor throughout. Towards the front of the property, the contemporary kitchen area where you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. Dine at the table nearby before retreating to the inviting lounge area to relax in front of the Smart TV or turn on the hi-fi and take in the beautiful view. The double bedroom is stylish and minimalist and the bathroom with shower over bath is clean and bright.

Ideal apartment and flat location for 'us oldies'. Everything easily to hand and lovely view from sitting room OT over the bay with big breakers. Very comfy bed and sofas. Nice touch that the cottage manager/cleaner texted us the day before to check our time of departure, asked if we had any problems and wished us a safe journey.

Best apartment we have stopped in. Nice town excellent restaurants literally yards away fantastic fish | chip shop 2 doors away , Co-op + Tesco just around corner . Beach just across the road . Wonderful sea views from lounge windows and parking included in secure own residential car park . = BRILL STAY.

Fantastic location purely for the quintessential sea bay view - almost identical to the scenes on Westward Ho! tea towels from local shops. Felt very privileged. We enjoyed watching sunsets and buying Hockings ice cream from the van outside. Central location for all town amenities - including coop and restaurants. I stayed in Sea View with my 8 year old daughter and we loved it. A couple of issues arose, one of which was our error and both were dealt with swiftly by the owner. Lovely clean apartment in a central position and ideal for anyone with mobility problems . Don't let the road outside put you off as although there are a lot of people walking past and a bit of traffic we hardly noticed it and were sat on the patio most of the day.
