This stunning contemporary home offers stylish accommodation in a desirable location within walking distance of the popular seaside town of Westward Ho!

Overlooking the Northam Burrows and the ocean beyond, this property offers plenty of seaside charm. A good location for golfers as right on the doorstep of RND. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is v good for groups of friends.

Very comfortable and equipped modern holiday home. Excellent open plan living and eating lay out and useful storage in garden cabin. Well positioned for walks on the Burrows or Beach and for any golfers a very short walk to Royal North Devon golf club.

The owners have provided an excellent modern house with plenty of space and extremely well equipped, both internally and externally (garden and beach equipment). The house is beautifully appointed light airy spacious and wonderfully equipped in a very quiet relaxing setting overlooking the burrows which has ponies and sheep grazing on. Lovely, modern, airy and light property in a great position. Large openplan living area on the first floor with bi-fold doors and balcony. Property has a view across the golf course to the sea, whilst not directly backing onto the golf course the view is still very pretty. Equipped to a high standard making for really easy living. Just had a wonderful 3 night stay at Pebble House. It is a lovely warm and comfortable home. Perfect for a family group.
