This lovingly renovated Victorian property is situated in the heart of the quaint seaside village of Appledore and has beaches and attractions all within easy reach, making this the perfect getaway.

This property is situated in a quiet part of the village and is within walking distance of the quaint cobbled streets, where many cafes and independent shops are on offer. Enjoy a meal in one of the local pubs or restaurants and admire the views across to Instow, you can even take the ferry across during the summer months. In the area, there are stunning walks along the coastal path or the famous Tarka Trail. Within a short drive of the property is Westward Ho! which boasts two miles of golden sands and the unique pebble ridge. Other family attractions in the area include The Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep, RHS Rosemoor and Let’s Go Bowling & Ice Skating.

On entering this beautiful cottage, the small lobby area is the perfect place to hang your coats and leave your walking boots behind. Following on into the property you are welcomed by the light and airy lounge/diner. This is a great space to sit back, relax, catch up with friends or watch a movie or two on the Smart TV. The dining area offers a dining table and chairs for up to six guests. The kitchen area consists of an electric oven and hob and microwave. Heading up to the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one double and one small double. You will also find the bathroom here with a shower over bath and WC. Following the staircase up to the second floor, where you will need to mind your head as head room is restricted, you will find the single room which also offers a TV and view out to sea.

Heading outside, the property has a quaint courtyard space with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, a great place for a spot of tea or to dry the dog off after a long walk on the beach. A small utility room is located outside in the courtyard area where you will find a washer/dryer and separate freezer. There is roadside parking available subject to availability, alternatively, there is a long stay car park located nearby.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
