Cottage was fabulous, lovely spacious room and large enclosed back garden with plenty of room for our 3 cars and still lots of space to play balls games with my dog. Will be thinking about booking again next year

The cottage location was quite remote which we felt was a benefit. It was very spacious & comfortable inside with a pleasant garden and ample parking. We took our Springer Spaniel and there were plenty of places to walk him nearby. The cupboard full of games supplied were very welcome as were the draw full of leaflets of local attractions. We were a party of 4 adults 2 Children and 2 dogs the setting was brilliant for us. There was everything we required in the Barn. Well placed for getting to various other places, we enjoyed the beaches of Instow and Bude. Also if feeling very fit the walk down to Covelly Village

Rosies Barn is in a very rural location about 5 miles off the main A39 so you need to be prepared to drive everywhere especially if you wish to see the sea or eat out. The overall quality of the accommodation was spacious and clean and it has a very efficient heating system for those cooler nights. Access is very good but one word of warning there Read moreis no downstairs toilet which could be difficult for some people. Garden is completely enclosed which makes it great if you wish to take a dog. Hide

A lovely clean homely cottage set in rural North Devon. The enclosed garden and location near to fields is perfect for holiday makers with dogs. Only a short drive to all the local beaches in North Devon and North Cornwall. Enjoyed every part of our holiday.

Very pleasant property with excellent facilities for the family and especially the dogs are welcome. A lovely area to explore the beautiful places in north devon.

Super homely and well equipped cottage, and great that they allow 3 dogs. However there is nowhere to walk dogs from the cottage as lanes are too narrow and in the winter bridleways too muddy. We will know to check this before trying anywhere new in future!
