Spacious and stylish barn conversion, situated just a short distance from the spectacular North Devon coastline with its many sandy beaches, and attractions.

Set on the edge of the traditional Devon village of Woolsery, with lots to see and do in the area including the nearby Hartland Quay and lighthouse a great location to enjoy a brisk walk whilst taking in the magnificent views. Clovelly, the unique cliffside fishing village and pretty harbour, with family theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way offering a good day out and offer a useful day's entertainment should the weather be wet, but if the weather is good the sandy beaches at Bude or Westward Ho! are the only places to be and try your hand at body boarding, surfing or even explore the rockpools.

This converted detached barn has retained much original charm and character with wooden floors and exposed stonework and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 double with views across the countryside and 1 twin with TV. Bathroom: with bath, shower cubicle and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD, hi-fi,PlayStation and games. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and small breakfast table. Outside: enclosed garden with patio, seating and BBQ. Amenities: Ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. 3 dogs welcome. Location: beach 5 miles, shop 2 miles and pub 4 miles.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

A lovely quiet location with a well enclosed garden which is ideal for dog owners. Ample off road parking for at least four cars.

Rosies Barn is in a very rural location about 5 miles off the main A39 so you need to be prepared to drive everywhere especially if you wish to see the sea or eat out. The overall quality of the accommodation was spacious and clean and it has a very efficient heating system for those cooler nights. Access is very good but one word of warning there Read moreis no downstairs toilet which could be difficult for some people. Garden is completely enclosed which makes it great if you wish to take a dog. Hide

A lovely clean homely cottage set in rural North Devon. The enclosed garden and location near to fields is perfect for holiday makers with dogs. Only a short drive to all the local beaches in North Devon and North Cornwall. Enjoyed every part of our holiday.

Super homely and well equipped cottage, and great that they allow 3 dogs. However there is nowhere to walk dogs from the cottage as lanes are too narrow and in the winter bridleways too muddy. We will know to check this before trying anywhere new in future!
