This superb detached property is situated in one of North Devon's most prestige locations and benefits from some of the finest views over Northam Burrows, Westward Ho!, the beach and Lundy Island.

On the outskirts of Appledore, you will be a 15 minutes stroll to the quayside as well as the Maritime Museum, restaurants, shops and numerous family pubs all serving good food. Westward Ho! beach is also an easy walk and offers 2 miles of golden sands, popular with bathers, surfers and sun seekers. There are a variety of leisure activities on your doorstep including National Trust cliff-top walks, tennis, championship golf course, riding, swimming pool and more. The market town of Bideford is a 10 minutes drive and offers high street shops, pannier and open-air market and is also the home to the Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. Further afield are attractions to suit all tastes which include Tapeley Park, Clovelly with its steep, stepped cobbled streets, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep. In the evenings relax in the large garden and watch the unrivalled sunsets from the raised decked area which overlooks the home and sea beyond.

The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 doubles, both with en-suite shower rooms and WC and 2 twins. All bedrooms have TVs. Bathroom: with whirlpool bath, shower and WC. Lounge: triple aspect with flatscreen TV, full SkyTV package, DVD, electric fire and wonderful views. Kitchen/diner: contemporary style with range cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and doors leading to patio and garden. Washing machine located in integral garage. Outside: large enclosed garden with raised decked area which overlooks the home and sea beyond, patio, seating. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking in property. Location: beach, shops and pubs all under 1 mile.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

This is the fifth year running we have stayed at Seascape. For two couples and a golden retriever the accommodation is perfect. All on the first floor with huge picture windows giving stunning views, an easy walk to Appledore and over to The Burrows; and Instow, Westward Ho! and Bideford only a short drive away, this house is perfect and ticks all Read morethe boxes. There are lovely panoramic views of the beach from the cottage which is open planned and ideal for family holidays and conveniently located for short trips into Appledore and Westward Ho and only 40 minutes from Bude. The beach is dog friendly and offers a wide expanse of clean washed sand with surf conditions for the children.

The location of this property is its biggest asset with views over the nature reserve towards the estuary and the sea. It is walking distance from Appledore, a delightful village on the side of the estuary which has craft shops, pubs, deli, coffee shops. The elevated location of this property gives wonderful sweeping views across the bay from all of the windows at the front of the bungalow. The modernisation of Seascape has been carried out to a very high standard and all fittings and furnishings are appropriate to this holiday home.
