This delightful coastal home has been lovingly fitted and furnished in a light and airy contemporary style. Perfectly placed just a short walk to the magnificent sandy beach of Westward Ho! this is a fantastic holiday location for families and beach lovers.

In addition to the 2 miles of golden sands, the town also offers a range of pubs, restaurants, amusement arcades, shops, championship golf course and access to the South West Coast Path. In the evenings relax on the patio, watch the breathtaking sunsets, enjoy a game of football or fly a kite from the adjacent burrows. The nearby town of Bideford boasts a pannier and open-air market and from the pretty quay you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the fishing villages of Appledore and Instow, Clovelly, Hartland, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master king-size and 1 twin. On the ground floor: 1 double with TV/DVD. Bathroom: with bath, separate shower and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner and TV/DVD. Dining room: with patio doors to outside. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: located in separate outbuilding with washing machine, tumble dryer, space to dry wetsuits, beach games and body boards available for guest use. Outside: enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.Amenities: private off-road parking for 4 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

This house was fantastic for our holiday. A great location literally 2 minutes from Westward Ho! Beach. Theres a Tesco and co-op within walking distance and all different restaurants to choose from! A fantastic cottage! Clean and beautifully accessorised. The kitchen was by far the most well equipped we have ever seen in a holiday let. Very dog friendly. Lovely 'sun trap' patio. A real 'home from home'. Location excellent with it being a only a short stroll to beach. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Perfect!

The house is down a quiet cul de sac a short walk to the Burrows, Westward Ho beach. Location is great, friendly locals. Small Tesco walking distance + shops. Easy drive out to other beaches. This is a lovely,clean and well presented holiday home. Even though the whether was very wet and windy when we visited it was easy to keep the home warm and cosy. It was very dog friendly and our dog loved stretching out in front of the log burner! It is an easy walk into Westwood Ho! which had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. First time away with our new dog, it had a plastic dog bed (just need your blanket in it), a toy and a very secure back garden. Area is very dog friendly too. Cottage was very warm and cosy, highly recommended.
