The nearby cattle market town of Holsworthy offers a sports centre where you can enjoy a swim in the indoor heated pool, visit the weekly cattle and pannier market or enjoy the Holsworthy cycle route, a game of golf, go fishing, riding or just take a leisurely country stroll. The dramatic north Cornish coastline, surfing beaches and seaside attractions at Bude are a short drive and the rugged scenery of Dartmoor, Exmoor or Bodmin Moor are within easy distance.
