A short stroll to the village pub and shop and within a short drive of the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde both renowned for their golden sand, facilities and life guards that ensure safe family swimming during the summer months. Further afield, you have the picturesque villages of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe where its common to find some of the best surf this country has to offer. During your stay, a visit to Ilfracombe Harbour is a must, boasting an array of cafes, shops and restaurants along the water’s edge as well as a dog friendly beach.

Enter the property into the entrance hall and the kitchen is on your left, providing a well-equipped and spacious area in which to prepare a meal or quick snack with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Walking through the kitchen you are lead through to the dining room with a good size table and music system and then into the lounge with large windows offering superb south facing views over the garden and open countryside. A patio door leads out to a balcony with seating, an ideal spot to relax and watch the natural wildlife whilst enjoying a coffee or glass of wine. The twin bedroom is located just off from the lounge and has an unusual rounded wall with en-suite shower with WC. The double bedroom is located off from the kitchen and also has an en-suite shower room with WC.

Heading outside there is a well-kept garden area with seating and BBQ which leads down to a small stream. There is an outside tap and hanging area for wet suits or boards. There is off-road parking for two cars available.
