Lovely spacious house within easy walking distance of a pub and very good deli. Beach only 5 mins or so walk away although tide is often out. Good food in the 4 pubs in Instow. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic house in a perfect location. Well equipped and very comfortable. Plenty of space and with a garden too. A great base from which to explore the local area with good pubs nearby. Would definitely love to return to the Anchorage.

The Anchorage is super spacious. With our party of five young children and eight adults there was room for our own quiet space, as well as seating etc to all get together. The property was wonderfully clean, and every need was catered for, including games and plastic crockery etc for the children (which we don't always find in holiday lettings) andRead more beds ready made up (which we also don't always find). These things make such a difference to family holidays. Lovely cream teas provided too! Yummy! Hide
