This stunning lodge-style house offers breathtaking panoramic cliff-top views and is just a short stroll from Lynton village. With a wine cellar and pizza oven it’s a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. Situated within Exmoor National Park this house is perfectly situated for walkers wanting to tour this picturesque area. Many routes are available directly from the property, taking in stunning scenery such as the Valley of the Rocks and Watersmeet Gorge. Lynmouth, popularly known as Little Switzerland, offers a great choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes. You could take a visit to Croyde, perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike,with sandy beaches and offering a selection of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. There are many other attractions easily accessible from here, including Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle, Exmoor Zoological Gardens and many other National Trust properties.

On entering this charming triple-level property you will find the spacious and attractive lounge on the first floor, complete with traditional wood burner, TV and a balcony offering delightful panoramic sea views. Moving into the elegant kitchen/diner on the lower ground floor, you will find everything you may need including an electric Aga with double oven and hob, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located inside the utility room. There is also a separate WC on the lower ground floor. The dining area is beautifully situated and leads onto a spacious balcony, allowing you take in the splendid views as you enjoy every meal. You will also find a very useful wine cellar. Heading up to the first floor you will find two comfy bedrooms, there is a super king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, complete with bath and WC, and another super king-size bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite shower room with WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax in the pleasant sloping split-level garden with shrub borders plus a path and steps which lead to the pizza oven (available on request). Off-road parking is available for two cars. Please note the parking is accessed via a long and narrow sloping driveway which requires reversing - there is also a parking bay at the top of the drive if needed.

A really wonderful location right on the Coast Path yet near to town. Some people may find the parking difficult due to fairly small area and very steep drive although we managed quite well. Attractively styled house with some nuc gestures such as espresso machine and pods plus Prosecco on arrival.

A great destination for those enjoying walking as the property is located right on the South West Coastal footpath. A characterful property with fantastic sea views from the main bedroom and the two terraces.

Beautiful cottage, tasteful decor, everything you need. Amazing sea view from every room. Very quiet location but a short walk in Lynton village, all restaurants and shops. On edge if Exmoor National Park, short walk to Lynmouth. Loved it

The house is divine, with beautiful decor and furnishings - a true taste of luxury, living up the photographs on the website. The position looking out sea with woodland below the decking makes for a perfect spot to sit with a cuppa taking in the view and watching the birds and squirrels.
