Venturing further into the property you will find that the sleeping accommodation is handily arranged on the same level which makes this property a perfect option for all ages. The first of the pretty bedrooms is a double and the second a twin and both rooms boast a fabulous en-suite shower room with WC and also French doors to outside, meaning that you don't need to venture far to enjoy a morning coffee in the open air.

Located outside and accessed via the large patio doors from the lounge area, a large decked terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ has been provided for your relaxation and leisure. Further to this guests can enjoy access to 10 acres of pasture land with a dedicated field with cut walkways leading to a lakeside setting and this offers a further decked BBQ area with seating. Undercover storage for bikes and outdoor equipment is available; as are a selection of outdoor games including badminton, table tennis and croquet. Private off-road parking for two cars is provided.
