SET IN THE HEART OF THE PICTURESQUE VILLAGE OF LYNTON, WITH VIEWS TOWARDS HISTORIC EXMOOR

A deceptively light and spacious family home set over 3 floors. Lynton village has pretty narrow streets, quaint shops, tea rooms and a choice of good places to eat all within a few minutes walk. It's a perfect getaway for discerning visitors to explore beautiful Exmoor or simply just relax.

There is an abundance of coastal and moorland walks that are right on the doorstep. You will be within walking distance of The Valley of the Rocks, the beautiful waterfalls of Watersmeet, Woody Bay, Heddons Mouth and the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway which takes you to the picturesque harbour of Lynmouth.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: on the second floor is 1 king-size with views over Lynton and beyond and 1 single bedroom. On the first floor is 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: on the second floor with view, bath and WC. Shower room on the first floor with WC. Lounge: overlooking the Exmoor hills and village with TV, DVD, Freeview and hi-fi. Dining room: with feature fireplace. Kitchen: on the ground floor with cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: a small roof terrace with seating. Amenities: roadside parking a short walk, or there is an adjacent pay car park (weekly permits can be purchased) but luggage can easily be dropped right outside the property. Bed linen, electric, convector and night storage heaters included. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking. Additional info: no washing machine but launderette 50 metres. Location: pubs, restaurants and shops in Lynton a few minutes walk, sandy beach 5 miles and pebble beach 0.5 mile to Lynmouth Bay.

A very confortable cottage in a lovely area, close to any needs. Being on three floors one needs to be active to stay here but after walking some of the hills around here it was no problem! Everything you need for a relaxing break.

Towel service would be good as this is one less thing to pack in the boot, for 5 people it's a pain, but didn't detract from a great property and location
