The cottage was a perfect example of a Devon cottage, really comfortable and a short walk to the village and funicular railway down to, and more importantly, up from the gorgeous Lynmouth. It was spotlessly clean and there was a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc and a very nice fruit cake on arrival. There was plenty of hot water and a gRead moreood electric shower. Excellent communication with Amy before our arrival, answering all our questions. We'd go back again! Hide

A very confortable cottage in a lovely area, close to any needs. Being on three floors one needs to be active to stay here but after walking some of the hills around here it was no problem! Everything you need for a relaxing break.

Towel service would be good as this is one less thing to pack in the boot, for 5 people it's a pain, but didn't detract from a great property and location
