This was an ideal country house ,with a beautiful garden and right by the start of a country path. It is quiet and peaceful except for the birds singing.Visitors should be advised to bring binoculars for the lovely views across the valley and for bird watching. The house is well furnished and very comfortable, especially the beds. There are many goodRead more places to visit nearby. The lane is narrow and steep but you get used to it! Hide

The cottage was beautiful and location great for exploring the area. We struggled with the heating which was expensive. We ended up hot in the morning, cold in the evening. We loved the beautiful garden and the views were amazing. We found accessing the property via the steps with children quite tricky. The travel cot was great- brand new and a sepeRead morerate mattress which baby was very comfy on. If we stayed again i would take own travel highchair. Overall we enjoyed our stay Hide
