Located close to the village of Bucks Mills, a picturesque retreat which has been trapped in a bygone age. Exploring the beach is a must, clambering over the rocky beach you will come across a multitude of marine life. To add to the overall beauty of this location there are coastal waterfalls which project off the cliffs, and glisten in the sunlight. This fascinating village offers something for everyone, be it a family walk, picnic, fishing or a swim. Nearby is the cliff side village of Clovelly, with its whitewashed cottages and winding cobbled street down the hillside to the sheltered harbour where pubs, shops, and restaurants are situated. If you are looking for surfing or bucket and spade beaches, North Devon's, Westward Ho! or Cornwall’s, Bude beautiful sandy beaches are only a short drive away

Entering the property, you are welcomed into the open-plan lounge/diner. The lounge/diner, decorated beautifully with the original beams is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring; on those chilly nights why not light the wood burner and relax in front of the TV and with views out to the garden you’ll love this home from home. The well-equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. This is the perfect place to prepare home-cooked meals. Heading further into the property you will find the two bedrooms. A king-size, and a cosy twin both with the original exposed beams. Completing the accommodation is a light and bright contemporary shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside you’ll find a large patio area with garden furniture overlooking the garden, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine on those warm summer’s evenings, enjoying the spectacular views over the Devon countryside. There is dedicated off road parking for two cars.
