This beautiful coastal property occupies a fantastic elevated position overlooking the sea at Westward Ho!, and provides a perfect venue for a relaxing yet fun-filled family holiday.

Venture into the town and you will find two miles of beautiful golden sandy beach, perfect for those who enjoy the sun and surf, and from here you can also enjoy some spectacular cliff-top walks on the South West Coast Path. Other local amenities include a golf course and tennis courts, alongside a great selection of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Also nearby, the pretty town of Bideford boasts an array of independent shops and from here you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Appledore and Clovelly, Instow, Hartland Abbey and Quay, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal.

The kitchen area itself is also brilliantly appointed and equipped and offers a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Completing the offering inside and approached by two steps down from the kitchen/diner is a lovely sociable lounge with Smart TV, vaulted ceiling and large feature bay window with sea views, providing a perfect place to curl up and watch your favourite film after a day exploring.
