Located on a friendly holiday park with a shared seasonal indoor heated pool. Walking distance to a beach and Brixham’s harbour, this is an excellent choice for those looking for a relaxing bolthole in Devon.

Located in a holiday park, this chalet bungalow is an excellent choice for young families wishing to benefit from the park’s leisure facilities. A shared indoor swimming pool and outdoor toddlers pool, together with a shop, bar and eat in or takeaway food, are available from Easter to the end of October. Brixham is less than a mile away with its pretty harbour, shops, restaurants and beautiful sea water lido. For bucket and spade days the beautiful beach at Fishcombe Cove is a short walk with further unspoiled coves and sandy beaches within easy reach. Just across the bay is the resort town of Torquay, which can be reached via a ferry from Brixham harbour, which regularly makes the fifteen minute journey throughout the day and into the evening.

Upon entering the single storey accommodation, you are greeted with a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a wood burner effect electric fire. In the summer you can open the front door and let the outside in, or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofa while watching your favourite programme on the TV/DVD. The well-equipped kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and microwave, perfect for cooking family favourites. There are two bedrooms in this property, one double and one twin. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
