Situated just on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Noss Mayo, this charming property promises a lavish retreat as well as a great base to explore all that the county has to offer.

Perfect if you are looking for peace, tranquillity or a leisurely holiday. This property enjoys a fantastic location in one of Devon’s most picturesque areas. Noss Mayo, a quaint estuary village, is a favourite for sailors being surrounded by ancient woodland and creeks. It’s well known for its traditional village shops, including a butcher, baker, post office and two delightful pubs with waterside views. The village is also home to a well regarded sailing school, there is boat hire and is an ideal location to spend an afternoon crabbing on the estuary side. For the keen walkers the route from Noss Mayo on the old carriage drive is one of the most stunning stretches of the South West Coast Path.

Take in the charm of this delightful property, with the entrance being the perfect place to leave your walking boots behind. To your right is the first of the two bedrooms, a spacious twin room. Leading on down the hallway you will find the kitchen/diner which offers an electric oven and hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and table and chairs to accommodate four guests. At the end of the hallway is the light and airy lounge area, the perfect space to sit back and relax with a good book or enjoy a movie or two on the TV/DVD. The lounge area also offers patio doors that lead out onto the shared gardens. Heading on upstairs is the second of the two bedrooms, a cosy double. The bathroom is also on the first floor next to the double bedroom, which offers a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, guests have access to the lovely shared gardens, which make a great place to relax and spend time in the tranquil surroundings. There are BBQ facilities available here, as well tennis courts which all guests have access to. A table tennis table is also available in the shared games room (Tennis rackets and table tennis bats available).There is a shared utility room guests can use which offers a washing machine and tumble dryer (small charge applies). There is also off-road parking available on-site.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Absolutely stunning property and surroundings,especially if you want peace and quiet. Not a bad walk to the pub and the beach nearby was as stunning as the property.

Excellent cottage, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Really quiet location with good views out across the fields, and only a few minutes from the coast and into Noss Mayo. Milk in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch. For those of us from urban areas the narrowness of the local roads was a challenge and could be exciting!

This was a perfect property for us. A quiet location not too far from Noss Mayo and the pub but best of all within walking distance of the beautiful Stoke beach. The bird chorus in the morning was beautiful, a pity that they woke at 4.30am and didn't have a lay-in!

Lovely two bed cottage in a rural location. Parking available on site and the grounds are very well kept. There is a small beach in walking distance (though this would not be suitable for those with walking difficulties) but otherwise you will need to drive to other pubs/amenities.
