The cottage was clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed was there. The cream tea on arrival was very much appreciated. The location was perfect for walking or visiting Exeter and staying on a farm was just delightful. It was a real pleasure staying there and we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely holiday. The cottage is in a great position for beaches and lots to do. The cottage was comfortable, but the single duvets were 13.5 tog and 100% polyester, not suitable for the summer. There were lots of flies as the cottage is on a farm. A great location for exploring Devon, lots of attractions within 20-30 mins drive. We went with our little one and parents and it was perfect, so much for him to do and explore on the farm meant we could have some relaxing downtime. I would definitely visit again, thank you to the owners for being great hosts.

We chose the cottage because it was central of the places we wanted to visit....Exeter,Honiton,Sidmouth Budleigh Salterton all great places! The cottage was clean and had all the facilities we required. As an adult couple we could not take advantage of the play barn and playground right outside our door. Great for families!

A fantastic place for adults and kids. My two boys loved saying goodnight to all the pigs, horses and chickens. A peaceful setting with easy access to Exeter centre or the beach.
