This cottage is ideally suited if you want to get away from it all and enjoy a walking holiday on Dartmoor. Great walks in all directions and a great pub 5 minutes walk from the cottage. Nice safe garden for dogs and a cosy comfortable cottage, especially when the fire is lit.

Lovely holiday, wonderful place. Really relaxed - no internet no phone signal just a good old pay phone (so contactable in emergency), probably the most relaxed holiday we've had in a long time! Location, accommodation perfect!!

The property was very dark and cold. The pictures of the property on the website showed bright light rooms, which was misleading.

Such a cosy cottage in a good location, not too much of a drive to a main town (Tavistock) and close to really nice and friendly riding stables to go riding across the moor (babeny stables) quite a few nice pubs within a short drive, shame the forest inn which is just a short walk up a hill wasn't open as that would have been really convenient. TheRead morere was plenty of rivers and tors nearby that we could walk along and up which was perfect and enjoyable Hide
