This beautiful barn conversion is perfectly situated for an idyllic retreat in the countryside. It provides a great base to explore unspoilt countryside, the Jurassic Coast and enjoy local Devonshire cream teas. Beneath the distinctive red cliffs and green hills of the Sid Valley is the nearby seaside town of Sidmouth, known for its timeless charm and festivals. The famous Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, spanning 95 miles of the Dorset coastline is within easy reach of the property and offers some of the finest walks and breath-taking views available. Also on offer from your doorstep is an array of footpaths and bridleways to enjoy with your family and your four legged friends.

As you enter the barn you are greeted by the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The lounge is the perfect place for relaxing, snuggle up under one of the throws which are provided and grab your favourite book, watch the Smart TV, or just sit back and enjoy the far reaching views. The kitchen area is equipped for budding cooks should you choose to bring back local ingredients from the nearby farm shops, the local butcher or fresh fish from the coast. The kitchen comprises of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Heading past the kitchen is the first of the three bedrooms, a double with stunning views on offer. You will also find the first of the two bathrooms which is located on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Heading upstairs you with find a further two bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a cosy twin bedroom with TV and Wii console. You will also find the second bathroom with bath and WC. (Please be aware the headroom is restricted within both upstairs bedrooms and the bathroom due to the sloping ceilings).

Venturing outside, you have a patio area with garden furniture and spectacular views over the rolling countryside. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
