Situated just on the outskirts of the South West side of the Dartmoor National Park, this charming property promises a lavish retreat as well as a great base to explore all that the county has to offer.

The village of Yelverton is within a short walk of the barn, which boast an array of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Yelverton being situated within the Dartmoor National Park, means you are not too far from some of the most breath-taking views, walks and cycle tracks Devon has to offer. Heading down South you have the regional capital of Plymouth which offers an array of amenities, not to mention its wealth of day trips, from the historic Hoe, the National Marine Aquarium, Theatre Royal and much more. Visit the historic stannary market town of Tavistock, only a 10 minute drive away. The must see attractions of Morwellham Quay, Buckland Abbey and The Garden House are within easy reach and are must see destinations when visiting this stunning part of the world.

Set in a village location, this unique barn conversion has been spilt into two suites. Your front door is located on the ground floor, where there is space for your coats and shoes. You will find the staircase which will lead you to your retreat. Heading on up the staircase to the living area you enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which boasts original beams and brick work throughout. The light and airy lounge area is a great space to sit back, relax on the sofas and watch the TV after exploring all that Dartmoor has to offer. The kitchen area has an electric oven and gas hob, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Leading off the lounge area is the beautiful bedroom with king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) with TV and en-suite shower and WC.

Outside the property guests can sit and enjoy the peaceful shared garden area. To the rear of the property there is off-road parking for one car.

A comfortable and well-equipped flat adjacent to hotel. Warm welcome from host. Good base for exploring south Devon and north Cornwall

Mike&Amanda were very nice host's the food was very good the poppy suit was a dream shops at the top of the road plenty of things to see a do will be going back to Devon
