A comfortable 2 bedroom cottage, with a tiny kitchen area, that is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. All very presentable, not much work surface but adequate for holiday use.

We were welcomed with a smile, offered the use of the house phone to book tables at pubs, as there's little signal there. Cream tea supplied, beds comfortable, everything worked, good T.V. reception if you wanted it. We soon got used to the narrow roads and the local pub was fine.

The situation of the property is wonderful with lots of walks within and outside the owners land. There is lots to do in the local area and if you want to venture further away the main road to Devon is 10 minutes away. The local pub is really nice for an evening drink but make sure your fit for the hill on the way out, the bonus is its downhill on Read morethe way back. We had two dogs with us and I know they had a great holiday as well. Lots of wild life in the area of the farm as well. Hide

We loved our stay at Primrose Cottage. Beautiful setting and everything you would want readily available even down to a welcoming cream tea. Lynn very friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly. We were so chilled out after our weeks stay. I would highly recommend to friends and definitely would make a return journey. Hazel, Janine and Tia the dog

A lovey quiet place set in its own grounds. Be aware there are a lot of narrow roads in south Devon.
