The situation of the property is wonderful with lots of walks within and outside the owners land. There is lots to do in the local area and if you want to venture further away the main road to Devon is 10 minutes away. The local pub is really nice for an evening drink but make sure your fit for the hill on the way out, the bonus is its downhill on Read morethe way back. We had two dogs with us and I know they had a great holiday as well. Lots of wild life in the area of the farm as well. Hide

A lovey quiet place set in its own grounds. Be aware there are a lot of narrow roads in south Devon.

The location for us personally was too remote the local public house was a car ride away and unfortunately no taxis would come out to us. But apart from that was a lovely cottage and ideal for dog walking.

We were met with a friendly welcome and a cream tea (scrummy). Although some places say they are dog friendly the reality is that this is not always true. Lovely cottage in beautiful peaceful surroundings. Was great being able to let our dog off the lead whilst going for walks in the nearby woods. Ideally situated for visiting other local villages & towns. Friendly owners who were extremely helpful.

The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming and a cream tea awaited our arrival. The only drawback is the narrow lanes and high hedges on the rRead moreoute to the cottage, but that's not a complaint, because most of the roads in Devon are like that!
