This spacious apartment, part of an imposing Victorian building is set a short walk away from the popular seaside town of Teignmouth.

Teignmouth is an enigmatic resort for all ages, boasting a host of pubs, restaurants, pier, local shops and a farmers market. It is set on the mouth of the estuary across from the fishing village of Shaldon, accessible by a 5 minutes ferry ride. Teignmouth has 2 beaches, the main promenade beach which is 0.5 miles long and perfect for families of all ages to build sand castles on and with the famous pier and a smaller beach, with its small local pubs and great seafood restaurants. The town is set on a main rail link which also has the added attraction of a car free holiday. The train line which links you to Exeter is renowned for being one of the most attractive in the country. To the west The English Riviera and beyond beckons; Torquay, Paignton and Salcombe are all on the doorstep.

This spacious first floor apartment offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master double room with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: benefits from a large flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview and boasts estuary glimpses. Kitchen: modest, yet well-equipped, with integrated gas oven and hob, washer/dryer and fridge with ice compartment. Amenities: 1 allocated parking space. Bed linen, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking within the property. 1 small dog welcome. Location: beach, shops, restaurants and pubs and railway station all within walking distance (5 - 10 minutes). Arrival: 4pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The apartment is ideally located a very short walk from Teignmouth high street and beach. The splash pool and arcade where hugely popular with our little girl. The location was ideal for exploring other areas of Devon and we all particularly enjoyed the Model Village in Babbacombe. The Flat was adequate clean and Tidy mattress was inadequate purchased a memory form mattress , the Shower door hit the toilet but to me these were minor things, I did think that we would be with other holiday apartment rather then a residential area. we had to drive everywhere nothing local.It was the noise from the flat above that made us go homeRead more a day early Hide
