This lovely apartment is located in the seaside town of Teignmouth, which boasts two beaches and a selection of attractions and places of interest. The main town beach has a sandy shore and promenade, there is a quieter river beach from where it is possible to catch the passenger ferry across the estuary to the attractive unspoilt village of Shaldon, with its fishing harbour and Smugglers’ Tunnel. Just ten miles away, visitors will find the town of Torquay, a popular resort which is nestled on the north side of the bay, which makes up the pretty coastal region known as the English Riviera, celebrated for its palm fronted beaches thanks to the area’s warmer than average microclimate.

Upon entering this first-floor Victorian apartment, you will be greeted with the hallway where you can kick off your shoes and coats. At the end of the hallway is the open-plan lounge/diner with its dining table seating four, sofa, TV, DVD and sea glimpses from the windows. The kitchen is just adjacent to the lounge/diner and although small, is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer, ensuring that guests are able to prepare all their favourite meals should they choose to eat in. Leading off the hallway are the two bedrooms, both simply but attractively styled. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC, along with a pretty single bedroom. The bathroom is just across the hallway and offers a shower over bath and WC.

The property benefits from 1 off-road allocated parking space.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Great flat for adults. Very well appointed. Young children would find the decor a bit too tempting, and the glass table in the lounge would be a hazard for them.

The apartment is ideally located a very short walk from Teignmouth high street and beach. The splash pool and arcade where hugely popular with our little girl. The location was ideal for exploring other areas of Devon and we all particularly enjoyed the Model Village in Babbacombe. The apartment is light and comfortable and the second room was a peRead morerfect size. We would happily stay here again. Hide

The Flat was adequate clean and Tidy mattress was inadequate purchased a memory form mattress , the Shower door hit the toilet but to me these were minor things, I did think that we would be with other holiday apartment rather then a residential area. we had to drive everywhere nothing local.It was the noise from the flat above that made us go homeRead more a day early Hide
