Stepping inside this delightful property and descending the stairwell from the street level, you will find yourself in a beautifully light and spacious lounge/diner. Here a pretty dining area sits beside a comfortable lounge area with sofa seating and a TV/DVD, as well as a lovely feature non-working inglenook fireplace with original stonework that adds to the ambiance. Patio doors then open to the outside space meaning that you can enjoy pre-dinner drinks in the open air. The small but perfectly formed kitchen is also brilliantly appointed and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Next head out into the hallway where you will discover the beautifully presented bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower and WC; and sat next to this is a useful utility cupboard with a washing machine. Ascend the open-tread stairs to the first floor and here you will find the lovely bedrooms, and these comprise of a spacious king-size bedroom with lots of storage, a cosy double bedroom with original stone chimney breast, and a pretty bunk bedroom. Completing the offering inside the property is a contemporary shower room with shower and WC and stunning marble effect tiles.

Venturing outside through the patio doors and from the lounge area you can take a seat on the fabulous decked balcony and soak up the views across the town. From here a flight of spiral steps lead down to a further outside area in the form of a small enclosed patio with lovely established trees and seating. This cottage matched up to the pictures on the website. Time and money and care has been taken into considered carefully. The balcony is a delight and brings so much light and Brixham into the sitting room. Found having a garden useful and was a short cut into the lower streets. It was a delight watching the sun set and the lights coming on in the Read morehouses. A delight to stay there. Would definately recommend this property to my friends. Hide
