Situated a few minutes drive from the nearby village of Wembury, the properties are perfectly positioned for offering the best of both worlds. With fantastic coastal walks from Wembury Beach along the South West Coast Path to the former HMS Cambridge, you'll see an array of wildlife and spectacular sea views. Wembury Marine Centre is a great place to learn about the wildlife in the area and offers rockpool rambles. Further afield is the village of Newton Ferrers with its vibrant harbour, you can enjoy a drink and watch the boats sail by. There are also a wealth of trips and activities nearby, including National Trust properties, Woodlands Adventure Park and the historic Burgh Island, reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in.

Children's play room with a selection of toys. Dining room/entrance hall. Kitchen: farmhouse style with breakfast area, fully equipped with electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer leading to the downstairs shower room. Outside: large enclosed garden with valley views, patio area and garden furniture. A very small stream runs through the garden. Amenities: 2 dogs by arrangement (not to be left in the property unattended). Additional info: a security deposit of £250 applies and is payable direct to the owner two weeks prior to your holiday.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Ideal for family with young children. Dog friendly but our dog didn't get on with the slippery floor

The property is exceptionally well equipped and spacious. For us it provided accommodation for 5 adults and 4 children with plenty of space for all particularly with a large kitchen and entrance hall, two good sized living rooms and a playroom. The furniture in the large living room is of a particularly high standard. The property is surrounded by Read morea working farm but remains a very peaceful location. Really fantastic location, peaceful and relaxing. Ideal for large family groups and also for dogs( really good provision with special "dog " room) . Plenty of space for both children and adults, with more than adequate provision for cooking and eating. This is great farmhouse accommodation for a large family or extended family with children but would not be so suitable for a group of adults as two of the bedrooms have bunk beds.
