Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Web site pictures do not do justice to the size of the property or the views from its windows. Owner is very friendly and helpful, there were fresh eggs waiting for us and bread was delivered directly from the bakery oven. Wonderful!

Lovely accommodation at the warren. Very comfortable. Everything you need is at hand. Peaceful location. Within walking distance of a pub that does food. Good position to explore areas such as Exeter,Brixham,shaldon,teignmouth,branscombe.

The farm was wonderful full of lovely animals , views were beautiful , owners very welcoming and great fun ! Would go back in age art beat! Loved every minute !
