Spacious ground-floor property situated within 40 acres of farmland on the edge of the pretty village of Kenn, within an easy drive of Exeter

This apartment enjoys a lovely quiet location close to Exeter, with its 15th century Cathedral, wide Range-style of shops, and choice of eateries, which is to the north of the property. To the south, the attractive seaside town of Dawlish is within a twenty-minute drive, and makes for a great place to enjoy the beach, explore the town centre, or perhaps enjoy a hike along the South West Coast Path. Further afield, yet still within easy reach, Dartmoor National Park, and the beaches of the English Riviera, make this an ideal location for a break to suit a wide Range-style of tastes and interests.

Entering this property, guests are greeted by the spacious kitchen/diner, which offers a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views across the fields, either from the dining table, or the comfortable sofa. Guests will find everything they need to prepare meals, including an oven, hob, fridge with ice compartment, and Belfast sink. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found housed separately in the utility room. A comfortable lounge is located off the kitchen, with a large sofa perfect for relaxing on after a busy day, and for enjoying the TV and DVD. The property’s bedroom is a king-size room which benefits from a stylish contemporary shower room with WC.

Outside, there is a patio area to the front of the property, with splendid views over the lake and the farm. A table and chairs, and BBQ here make it a great place to enjoy the tranquil surroundings with an alfresco meal. The patio gives way to a lawn area which opens out onto the owner’s forty acres of farmland, which guests are free to explore. For equestrian guests, the owners are able to offer stabling and ménage at an additional cost, which must be arranged prior to your holiday. Off-road parking is available.

Was exactly as described online,perfect for two ,and whilst the farm units are quiet busy it is a lovely spot to sit out at in the evenings. Perfectly dog friendly.

Great location. Really peaceful but ideal for exploring South Devon. Beaches close by and also near to Dartmoor for walking. The local pub (The Ley Arms) does really good food.

A delightful spot for a relaxing holiday for two. Feels like the middle of nowhere yet is only a short drive to the A38/A380 so accessible to many parts of South and East Devon. Really enjoyed our stay at The Warren! Beautiful location, excellent views. The displaying peacock was a joy to watch. The smell of freshly baked bread in the morning was to die for.
