Based in the popular area of South Hams, you will find there is much to do and see. The towns of Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth boast fantastic seafood restaurants and shopping. There are also a wealth of trips and activities a stone's throw away, including National Trust properties, Woodlands Adventure Park and the historic Burgh Island, reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in.

Bathroom: located on the first floor with shower over bath and separate WC. Lounge: downstairs with flatscreen TV, DVD, wood effect electric fire and sea views. Small sunroom with double doors leading on to the patio. Dining room: with seating for 10 people and cushioned window seat overlooking the garden. Kitchen: off the dining room, modern and well-equipped with electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, additional larder fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: off the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, separate WC and access to the rear garden. Outside: private enclosed garden with well maintained lawn, patio, seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking. 2 cots without linen and 2 highchairs available. Additional info: a security deposit of £250 applies and is payable direct to the owner two weeks prior to your holiday. Location: beach, golf course, shop and pub 0.5 miles. Arrival: 3pm.

We had the house the second week of February to celebrate my wife's birthday with our family. It was a wonderful experience, the views were amazing and the house had everything you would need. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. There was plenty of room to acomodate 4 generations of our family without us getting on top of each other. The house was well equiped which made cooking easy for a large number. The garden was fantastic with plenty of room to run around. Our youngest member even learnt to ride a bicycle whilst he was there oRead moren the flat bit of the drive. There was good wifi that meant that those of us that had to do some work were able to. We had a great holiday and what a wonderful place. The house was lovely including the gardens, very well equipped, and the views from all the rooms would be hard to beat anywhere. Our party included 4 generations from Great Grandmother to new baby with plenty of room for us all, and even with the nice places to visit we were always pleased to get bRead moreack and relax. Thank you for a great family holiday. Thoroughly recommend the property and its location.Walking distance to beach and over cliffs to other coves.Some paths ok for buggies but the baby carrier was invaluable at times. House very comfortable and excellent lay out of rooms. Enjoyed garden when weather allowed. Large enough for kite- flying. Friendly Read morelocal pub and reasonably equipped local store though check opening times! Pleasant owner and gardeners who do an amazing job. Hide

We love Warren House! We've stayed here a number of times now, and love returning each year. The house is comfortable and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. The gardens are simply beautiful, and the terrace is a lovely place to sit and read, or enjoy the view. Warren House is perfect for family holidays.
