Small sunroom with double doors leading on to the patio. Dining room: with seating for 10 people and cushioned window seat overlooking the garden. Kitchen: off the dining room, modern and well-equipped with electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, additional larder fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: off the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, separate WC and access to the rear garden. Outside: private enclosed garden with well maintained lawn, patio, seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking. 2 cots without linen and 2 highchairs available. Additional info: a security deposit of £250 applies and is payable direct to the owner two weeks prior to your holiday. Location: beach, golf course, shop and pub 0.5 miles. Lovely spacious house with amazing sea views. Surrounding area is stunning. Our group found it convenient for beaches, coastal walks, visiting Burgh Island with its quirky 'sea tractor', and for visiting nearby towns such as Salcombe. Note that the bunk beds downstairs do not separate. Also, sound carries between the 2 single rooms upstairs, as theRead morere is a gap between the wall and the shared window. This house was ideal for our family holiday for 8 adults and 2 children ranging in age from 2 to 92. It was spacious and light and comfortable with large gardens and an unbeatable view.

We had the house the second week of February to celebrate my wife's birthday with our family. It was a wonderful experience, the views were amazing and the house had everything you would need. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. There was plenty of room to acomodate 4 generations of our family without us getting on top of each other. The house was well equiped which made cooking easy for a large number. The garden was fantastic with plenty of room to run around. Our youngest member even learnt to ride a bicycle whilst he was there oRead moren the flat bit of the drive. There was good wifi that meant that those of us that had to do some work were able to.
