Treat your dog to a well-deserved break at one of our self-catering dog-friendly holiday cottages in Suffolk. With plenty of sand and shingle beaches to run about on, remnants of Anglo-Saxon history to discover, and National Landscapes to explore, Suffolk is a top holiday destination for you and your four-legged friend.
With a range of features available, such as cosy wood burners, large enclosed gardens and hot tubs to name a few, our pet-friendly cottages are perfect for dogs and their humans alike. And when we say our cottages, lodges and apartments are pet friendly, we mean it! They are enhanced with helpful features that may include dog bedding, outdoor taps, and treats on arrival to make your dog feel extra special and holiday ready.
From short breaks, weekends away to full week getaways, there's plenty to do in Suffolk with your dog.
If you want to roam around the Suffolk coast, we highly recommend visiting Orford – a dog-friendly beach all year round. Other fantastic beaches nearby (with seasonal restrictions) include Aldeburgh, Lowestoft, Felixstowe and Southwold.
Or if you fancy a trip to a historic town or city, Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds await.
Another place to add to your itinerary is the Framlingham Mere Nature Reserve. Many state that this is the best view in inland Suffolk! Please keep your dog on a lead when visiting, as there are grazing cattle and other wildlife about.
There’s no need to leave your four-legged friend in kennels – take a look at our complete range of pet-friendly accommodation and holiday homes above.
We believe that dogs are part of the family and deserve a holiday too. That's why over 10,000 of our cottages throughout the UK and Ireland welcome at least one pup.
