One-of-two properties located in the coastal village of West Lulworth, a historic fishing village next to the beautiful Lulworth Cove, and just a thirty-minute walk to the iconic Durdle Door.

This property is located in the village of West Lulworth, a pretty coastal village, the main road of which leads down to the horseshoe shaped beach at Lulworth Cove. The village itself has a number of shops, as well as a range of restaurants and pubs, which make it a wonderful place for an enjoyable seaside holiday. The beach is a sheltered pebble cove, which is popular with both swimmers and rock-poolers alike, and is also a good location for diving. Some of the region’s most stunning scenery can be admired from the coastal path between West Lulworth and Durdle Door, and walkers will be rewarded with one of the most iconic seaside views in England.

This contemporary property is a wonderful place to enjoy a coastal retreat, with its comfortable accommodation and proximity to the beach at Lulworth Cove. On entering the property, guests will find two ground-floor bedrooms, the first of which is a pleasant double room, whilst the second is a restful twin room. The main bathroom is also on this floor and offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Stairs lead to the first floor, home to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a light-filled space which has plenty of space to relax and unwind on the comfortable sofas in front of the TV/DVD. A doorway leads through to the kitchen/diner where there is a dining table seating six, and all the equipment that guests will need to make themselves at home, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The washing machine is kept separately on the ground floor of the property. A second set of stairs takes guests to the top floor, where the third bedroom can be found. This king-size room, which has some reduced head-height due to its location in the eaves of the property, is a fantastic master suite with its own dressing room and a sanctuary-like en-suite bathroom with a double-ended bath, separate shower, and WC.

French windows from the dining area lead onto a balcony which opens out to a patio area with garden furniture, itself leading onto a lawn area with views over the surrounding countryside. Please note, the lawn area is quite steep and children will need careful supervision. There is for two cars, with additional parking available on the nearby slip road.

Fabulous location . A spacious holiday home with a cosy lounge and the master en suite bedroom was particularly nice. Parking is very tight if your car is bigger than a corsa/micra.

A lovely spacious 'cottage' with an open plan airy feel. Just what we needed. It was comfortable and warm. Great bathrooms. It would have been lovely to have had a log burner as well (maybe a future addition). The area is fantastic and was one of our best loved places to visit already. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Fantastic Christmas Week We needed a relaxing Xmas week away and this was perfect. Lovely spacious, well kept and well equipped cottage, great nearby scenery and walks, nice pub/restaurant just 200 metres away. What more could we ask for? Our thanks to the owners for helping to make our Christmas. We will definitely be back.

Cottage is in a great position for walks and pubs/ restaurants are easily accessed on foot. It is very bright and airy and each bedroom has lots of storage for clothes. The upstairs bedroom does have a slanting roof which does have to be negotiated when getting into bed and walking around the room. Bathrooms have good showers. Comfortable modern cottage in excellent location, very relaxing, especially in the open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area . Good for 2 generations of family . Son, wife and baby had top floor so had plenty of room and privacy. We grandparents and daughter had bottom floor with living area in between so all had plenty of space
