These delightful properties are located on pretty farmland which was worked until recent years. They have been developed and furnished to an extremely high quality and offer families and couples an opportunity to experience luxurious living in an idyllic rural setting.

Set between the East Dorset villages of Woodlands and Horton there is much to see and do in the immediate area including castles and ruins to explore, and country estates to wander around. Slightly further afield, the metropolitan towns of Poole and Bournemouth, with their vibrant shopping and nightlife, are the perfect spots for those craving the hustle and bustle and, of course, the sandy beaches for those avid beach goers. For the keen golfer there is a golf club nearby and for those wishing to explore Dorset and the wider countryside, the Jurassic Coast (designated as a World Heritage site) is definitely worth a visit.

Play facilities: swing ball and basketball net. Outside: large shared garden area with lawn and fenced off pond (children to take care). Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Additional info: an additional small single bed for a child can be provided upon request. For larger parties, book all three properties to sleep up to 14 guests. Location: pub 2 miles, village shop 4 miles, Indian restaurant within walking distance, sandy beach at Bournemouth 18 miles. Arrival: 3pm

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size double and 1 further king-size double with the option of having a small single bed (suitable for a child) added to this room if required. Bathroom: located on the ground floor with shower attachment on the bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Kitchen/breakfast bar: with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine: located in utility cupboard in the hallway. Lounge/diner: cosy room with TV, Blu-ray DVD, wood burner effect electric fire and access to private enclosed patio area and undercover seating area. Outside: patio area with garden furniture. Amenities: 2 well-behaved medium sized dogs welcome (the owners kindly request to be kept on a lead when outside on-site).

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

A beautiful little cottage in a lovely location. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home. Lovely touch with the welcome items which were greatly appreciated on our arrival and a warm welcome from the people who run the cottage. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Wish we could go back.

We stayed here in early March with the bad weather and got snowed in! The owners couldnt of been more helpful and friendly. The cottage is such a delight and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. A shame we couldnt get out and explore much due to the weather, but we had a lovely relaxing time anyway.

A beautifully presented cottage perfectly located for many attractions (Moors Valley was our favourite). The welcome hamper with milk, wine and other goodies is a lovely touch. Unusually this cottage had everything we needed and more, including board games and puzzles which kept the children occupied on dark afternoons. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent cottage. Very comfortable and well equipped. Helpful and approachable management on site. Good location for visiting the New Forest and coast, but car essential. Would definitely recommend.

superb cottage. Beautifully furnished. Shame the mobile phone signal was non existant. Had to use Blue Tooth in Car.
