The village of Mosterton (a 5 minute walk away) has a pub and village shop. While away the hours exploring the beautiful countryside dotted with small villages and market towns which are stunning in all seasons. The small town of Beaminster is 3.5 miles away and has a selection of shops and good places to eat, the market town of Bridport with its popular farmers markets is 10 miles. The Jurassic Coast is easily accessible by car, from the well-known beaches of West Bay (11 miles), Burton Bradstock and Lyme Regis to the famous Chesil Beach that stretches for 18 miles. There are countryside walks nearby including the famous Parrett Trail with other walks and cycle paths passing close by the property.

Great location to explore the area, lovely comfortable, spotlessly clean cottage . Welcoming cake and cider much appreciated! Kitchen well equipped, washing machine available, lots of good and useful information about the area in folder. Close to several good pubs for meals, walking distance to fab historic thatched pub.

Cottage is in a lovely location, walking distance to the local pub and shop, well maintained, the owners were friendly and approachable. Central location to most places we wanted to visit. Over all we would recommed this cottage to others and return if we visit this area again.

The rooms converted to holiday accommodation were excellent but my only disappointment was I didn't get the whole bungalow shown in the photo
